This liquid solution works faster and more efficiently than traditional rock salt by creating a protective barrier that either prevents ice from forming or breaks the bond of existing ice. Liquid Snow Shovel can be applied before, during, or after winter weather events, making it an ideal solution for both proactive anti-icing and reactive deicing. It provides even surface coverage, penetrates ice quickly, and significantly reduces the chances of refreeze and black ice formation.
As part of our comprehensive service, we follow up with an optional granular ice melt salt and traction sand application when needed. Our winter deicing services are currently offered as a developing, seasonal service for commercial properties only. Service is provided on a contractual basis with weekly or bi-weekly scheduling, post event emergency service and requires pre-paid enrollment for the season. Due to the proactive nature of anti-icing, payment is required regardless of snowfall or weather events.
